Job Details:

As a member of the store team, you will play an important role in the daily operation of the baqala. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, organizing merchandise, maintaining a clean shopping environment, and helping ensure the store runs efficiently throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers with their shopping needs.

Refill and arrange products neatly on shelves.

Maintain cleanliness and organization inside the store.

Monitor inventory and inform management when stock is running low.

Operate the cash counter when required.

Support daily store activities and work effectively with the team.

Candidate Requirements

Experience in a baqala, supermarket, convenience store, or retail environment is preferred.

Nepali and Indian applicants will be given preference.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Honest, dependable, and hardworking.

Willing to work flexible shifts as needed.
