Role Overview:
As an RF Design Engineer, you will develop and optimize indoor wireless network designs using IBWave while ensuring solutions meet technical specifications, industry standards, and client expectations. You will work closely with engineering and project teams to produce accurate, efficient, and scalable RF designs for telecommunications projects.
Key Responsibilities:
– Design and optimize indoor RF network solutions using IBWave software.
– Create detailed wireless coverage plans and validate design performance.
– Evaluate RF data to identify coverage issues and recommend optimization strategies.
– Coordinate with project engineers and technical teams throughout the design process.
– Prepare design documentation, technical reports, and supporting project deliverables.
– Ensure all network designs comply with project requirements, quality standards, and client specifications.
Candidate Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
– Valid IBWave Certification.
– Solid knowledge of RF engineering concepts, wireless communication technologies, and indoor network design.
– Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
– Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
– Immediate availability to join is preferred.
