WorkerEra operates this website as a platform where people can look for work, hire, offer services and request services. One account can hold more than one of those roles. For privacy questions, write to support@workerera.com.

Depending on how you use the platform, we may collect:

• Account details: name, email address, password (stored as a hash), and the capabilities you choose (job seeker, employer, service provider, service seeker).
• Profile information you add, such as company name and contact details.
• Job listings, service listings, applications, CVs or resumes, supporting documents, service requests and reviews.
• Saved listings, notifications and other activity stored in your member workspace.
• Technical data needed to run the site, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested. WordPress also sets essential cookies for signed-in sessions.

You choose most of this information. Some fields are required to create an account or to post a listing.

We use personal information to operate WorkerEra, including to:

• Create and secure your account, and show the right workspace for your capabilities.
• Publish jobs and services you submit, and show them to other users.
• Send applications to employers and service requests to providers.
• Moderate listings, fight spam and keep the platform reasonably safe.
• Send transactional messages about your account, listings and activity. We may also send service notices from the platform.
• Remember your colour-scheme preference on this device.

Listings you publish are visible to other visitors. Applications and service requests are shared with the relevant employer or provider so they can respond. We may also share information:

• With hosting, email and similar providers that help us run the website, under their own terms.
• When the law requires it, or to protect users and the platform from fraud or abuse.
• If the platform is transferred as part of a business change, with notice where we can reasonably give it.

We do not sell personal information. Advertising and analytics may be provided by third-party services configured on this website. When enabled, these providers may receive technical information and use cookies or similar storage, subject to applicable consent requirements. If Google ads are enabled, Google and its partners may use advertising cookies to serve ads based on visits to this and other websites. We keep account, listing and application data while your account is active and for as long as we need it to operate the platform, resolve disputes, or meet a legal duty. You can update most profile fields from your dashboard. If you want an account or listing removed, contact us.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for access, correction, export or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email us at the address below. We may need to confirm it is you before we act.

We use standard WordPress account security, including hashed passwords and signed-in sessions. No website can promise perfect security. Please choose a strong password and keep it private.

WorkerEra is intended for people who can form a contract in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us so we can review it.

We may update this policy when the platform changes. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you have read the revised policy.
