By creating an account or using WorkerEra you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

WorkerEra is a global jobs and services marketplace. You can browse jobs, services, articles and tools. With an account you may apply for jobs, post jobs, offer services, request services, save listings and use a member dashboard. One account can hold more than one role.

You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us if you think someone else is using it. We may refuse, suspend or close an account if these terms or our policies are broken, or if we reasonably believe the account is used for spam, fraud or harm.

• Job posts must be real vacancies with a genuine hiring intent. Service posts must describe the service honestly.
• Listings may be reviewed before they go live, depending on site settings. We may refuse, edit or remove content that breaks these terms or the law.
• You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant us a licence to host, display and distribute it on the platform so other users can see it.
• Applications, CVs and service requests are sent to the relevant user. Treat other people’s data as confidential and use it only to consider that application or request.

You must not:

• Post fake jobs, scam listings, discriminatory ads, or content that is illegal.
• Charge candidates a fee to apply, or harvest personal data for unrelated marketing.
• Spam, scrape, overload or try to bypass security or rate limits.
• Harass other users or publish malware, hate speech or sexually exploitative material.
• Pretend to be another person or organisation.

Career tools and articles are provided for general information. They are not legal, financial, tax or professional advice, and they do not guarantee a job, hire or business result.

WorkerEra does not process payments between users. Featured listings or paid plans, if offered later, will be described before they go live. Until then, no platform fees are charged through this site.

The platform is provided as is. We do not verify every listing, user or document. We are not a party to contracts between users and we are not liable for employment decisions, unpaid work, poor service, or losses arising from content posted by others, except where the law does not allow that limit. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the previous 12 months (currently none).

We may change these terms. The date at the top of this page will be updated when we do. If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms are the agreement between you and us for use of the site.
