Cookie Policy
What WorkerEra stores in your browser, why it is stored, and how you can control it.
What cookies and local storage are
Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. Local storage is a similar browser store that lasts until you clear it. Both can remember a setting or keep you signed in.
What we use
WorkerEra uses:
- Essential WordPress cookies for authentication, security and staying signed in. These are required for member features such as the dashboard, posting a job or applying.
- A local-storage key named wer-color-scheme, which remembers whether you chose light or dark appearance. It is set only if you use the theme toggle. It is not used to track you across sites.
We do not currently set cookies for Google Analytics, advertising networks or similar third-party trackers. Optional advertisement slots exist in the product; they stay empty unless an administrator pastes their own code, which would then be governed by that provider’s policy.
How to manage them
You can delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. Blocking all cookies will stop you from staying signed in. To clear only the colour scheme, use your browser’s site-data tools for this domain, or switch the theme toggle; a new visit without stored preference follows your system light/dark setting.
