Job Overview:
The project team is looking to recruit experienced professionals for the positions of Project Engineer (Civil & Architecture) and Project Supervisor & Draftsman (Civil). Successful candidates will be responsible for supporting construction activities, project coordination, site supervision, technical documentation, and ensuring project milestones are completed according to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:
Project Engineer – Civil & Architecture
Manage and supervise construction activities on-site.
Coordinate project execution according to approved plans and schedules.
Monitor contractor performance and project progress.
Review engineering drawings and specifications.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project standards.
Prepare project reports and documentation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
Project Supervisor & Draftsman – Civil
Prepare and update technical drawings and project documentation.
Develop AutoCAD drawings and 3D models when required.
Coordinate with engineering and construction teams.
Monitor site activities and support project supervision.
Ensure drawing accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
Assist in project planning and progress tracking.
Maintain proper records of project documents and revisions.
Requirements:
For Project Engineer – Civil & Architecture
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 4 years of construction and project execution experience.
Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or industrial projects is preferred.
Strong knowledge of contractor and site management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (3D experience is an advantage).
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work effectively in a project-driven environment.
For Project Supervisor & Draftsman – Civil
Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering or Drafting.
Experience in construction, project supervision, and drafting.
Strong AutoCAD and 3D modeling skills.
Knowledge of technical drawings and documentation.
Experience in project coordination and site management.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to manage multiple project tasks efficiently.
