Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop, implement, and continuously improve workplace health and safety programs.

– Ensure compliance with company safety procedures, industry standards, and applicable Saudi regulations.
– Conduct incident investigations, determine root causes, and implement preventive measures.
– Prepare risk assessments, safety reports, inspection records, and other required documentation.
– Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions for employees.
– Monitor the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and enforce safe work practices.
– Collaborate with project teams to maintain a safe and healthy working environment throughout all project phases.
Candidate Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety.
– Sound knowledge of occupational health, safety, and risk management principles.
– Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
– Professional health and safety certifications will be considered an added advantage.
