Position Summary:

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee all preventive and corrective maintenance activities across recreational facilities. Your responsibilities will include coordinating maintenance schedules, supervising technicians, ensuring equipment performs reliably, and maintaining compliance with company procedures and safety regulations. You will also work closely with other departments to minimize downtime and support uninterrupted facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily maintenance activities across recreational facilities.

Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.

Lead, train, and support maintenance technicians and external contractors.

Conduct routine inspections of equipment, utilities, and facility systems.

Ensure maintenance work meets company standards and health and safety requirements.

Diagnose technical issues and coordinate prompt, effective repairs.

Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and performance reports.

Monitor inventory levels of spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies.

Collaborate with operational teams to reduce equipment downtime and improve facility performance.

Required Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.

Previous experience in maintenance supervision, facility management, or a similar leadership role.

Strong leadership, planning, and team coordination skills.

Solid understanding of preventive maintenance programs and workplace safety standards.

Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational abilities.

Experience using maintenance schedules, reports, and documentation systems.
