We are a growing logistics company based in Riyadh, specializing in food delivery services. We are currently looking for a Part-Time HR Recruiter to support our ongoing hiring needs, especially for delivery drivers.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while communicating effectively with a diverse workforce.

📋 Key Responsibilities
Source and recruit candidates for driver and logistics roles
Screen applications and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers
Manage recruitment pipeline and candidate data
Communicate with candidates in multiple languages
Ensure smooth hiring and onboarding process

⚠️ Requirements
Previous recruitment experience (logistics preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in: English, Hindi, Bengali, Urdu, Arabic (Mandatory)
Good organizational and coordination skills
Ability to work independently (Part-Time role)
