🧩 Job Overview
The Telecom Integration Engineer will be responsible for installation, configuration, integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of telecom base stations and network elements. The role requires hands-on technical experience in live telecom environments and coordination with multiple technical teams to ensure smooth network deployment.

Responsibilities:
▪ Perform full integration and commissioning of multi-technology RAN sites (2G / 3G / 4G / 5G)
▪ Configure and test Nokia RAN equipment and associated network elements
▪ Upload system configurations and ensure proper parameter validation
▪ Verify network performance by analyzing KPIs, alarms, and system logs
▪ Troubleshoot integration and commissioning issues in live network environments
▪ Provide technical support to optimization and rollout teams
▪ Coordinate daily with NOC, RF planning, transmission, and field teams
▪ Support Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) activities
▪ Ensure compliance with operator standards and project engineering guidelines
▪ Prepare detailed technical reports, documentation, and progress updates

🎓 Required Qualifications:
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Telecom Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering
▪ Strong hands-on experience in RAN systems (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G)
▪ Proven experience with Nokia telecom equipment and software tools
▪ Good understanding of IP networking, routing, and transmission systems
▪ Experience with OSS platforms and telecom integration tools
▪ Knowledge of Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) procedures preferred
▪ Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
▪ Ability to work in a fast-paced telecom rollout environment
▪ Strong coordination and communication skills

▪ UAE telecom project experience
▪ Experience in Etisalat or similar operator environments
▪ Exposure to large-scale rollout and integration projects

💰 Salary Package
AED 5,000 – 5,500 (Based on experience and interview evaluation)
