Overview:
Madre Engineering is seeking skilled Electrical Technicians (Maintenance) who can perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial electrical systems and equipment. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in Oil & Gas facilities, Water Treatment Plants (WTP), and Sewage Treatment Plants (STP). Candidates must be available in Qatar and ready to join immediately.
Responsibilities:
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance on electrical systems and equipment
Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently
Ensure smooth operation of pumps, blowers, motors, and treatment plant machinery
Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams
Maintain compliance with industrial safety procedures and standards
Test electrical components and control systems
Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime
Prepare maintenance reports and document repair activities
Requirements:
ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field
3 to 5 years of maintenance experience in:
Oil & Gas facilities
Water Treatment Plants (WTP)
Sewage Treatment Plants (STP)
Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
Good understanding of industrial electrical systems
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
Must be currently available in Qatar
