To lead and manage Electrical Design Engineering (Transformer Division) with responsibility for:
– Engineering quality & compliance
– Technical leadership (Design Engineer / Designing Engineer focus)
– Team development & mentoring
– Product optimization & innovation
– Project execution & client requirement alignment

⚙️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Lead Electrical Design Engineering team (Transformer systems)
– Review and approve electrical drawings & design documents
– Ensure IEC / international standards compliance
– Develop standardized design procedures & materials
– Coordinate with clients and internal departments
– Monitor BOM and production integration
– Improve cost efficiency, quality & performance
– Conduct technical training & performance reviews
– Support new product development
– Ensure timely project delivery
