Key Responsibilities:

Project Management and Site Operations

Lead project activities and ensure milestones are achieved on schedule.

Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders.

Monitor progress, costs, and compliance with quality requirements.

Support efficient execution of construction activities.

Engineering Functions:

Supervise electrical and civil works at the project site.

Review drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.

Ensure all activities comply with engineering standards and safety regulations.

Assist in resolving technical issues during construction.

Quality Assurance and Quality Control

Carry out inspections during different stages of construction.

Maintain quality documentation and prepare inspection reports.

Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Support continuous improvement of quality procedures.

Health and Safety:

Enforce occupational health and safety policies across the site.

Conduct regular inspections and safety awareness sessions.

Promote safe work practices and prevent workplace hazards.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.

Technical Office and Administration

Prepare and maintain project documentation and records.

Assist with reporting, coordination, and administrative functions.

Support engineering teams with technical documentation.

Ensure accurate record keeping and effective communication.

Site Supervision:

Manage daily workforce activities and site operations.

Coordinate tasks with engineers and project management teams.

Ensure work is completed according to approved plans and specifications.

Maintain productivity and adherence to project schedules.

Candidate Requirements:

Applicants should possess:

A relevant degree or diploma in engineering, construction, or a related field.

Proven experience matching the requirements of the position applied for.

Previous exposure to substation, power transmission, or major construction projects, which will be considered an advantage.

Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities.
