You’ll join a thriving research community of 30+ researchers in London and work embedded in the Shared Accounts team.

  • Taking ownership – regularly lead work and take responsibility for research decisions

  • Collaborating – routinely work with other researchers and disciplines, often leading workshops and crits

  • Using modern tools thoughtfully – leverage AI and emerging tools where they help accelerate research delivery, while maintaining research rigour

This role will give you the opportunity to:

  • Own complex work – lead large, ambiguous research projects with significant autonomy and impact

  • Shape direction – influence how your team prioritises and sequences work to achieve squad goals

  • Develop your expertise – continue growing as a research expert while expanding your strategic and leadership capabilities

  • Be part of our mission to make money without borders the new normal

A bit about you…

  • You must have experience doing research with children, young people and families, so that you can develop operational frameworks that are suitable for working with vulnerable groups including multi generational family units.

  • You have deep experience with both generative and evaluative research; exceptional problem-solving skills and holistic research thinking

  • You know how to choose the right research approach for different ambiguity levels, build decision confidence through well-designed studies, and connect user evidence to business outcomes

  • You’re comfortable working embedded in cross-functional product teams; able to work autonomously and collaboratively with PM, data, design and engineering

  • You’re able to guide teams on actioning insights and work closely with designers to ideate based on findings

And as a heads up, this role probably isn’t for you if:

  • Your experience is primarily market research and/or academia

  • You don’t have demonstrable experience leading UX research within the tech/product industry

  • You’re not comfortable working with significant autonomy on complex, ambiguous projects

  • You don’t have experience doing research with children, young people and families
