We’re an Armed Forces Covenant employer and a Disability Confident organisation, and we invest in our people through structured training, recognition schemes and genuine career progression. Our values, agile, sustainable, intelligent, collaborative and trusted, shape how we work and how we treat our team.

This role puts that expertise centre stage. You’ll help launch an exclusive new Jaguar Land Rover flagship store in the heart of Knightsbridge, joining a small, hand-picked team setting the tone for a landmark luxury retail destination from day one.

What you’ll need

  • A valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential)

  • Experience in luxury retail, premium hospitality, corporate or another high-end customer-facing environment

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills

  • A flexible approach to working hours

How we reward you

You’ll earn £17.00 per hour, plus a company pension and referral programme. You’ll also receive comprehensive induction and role-specific training before the store’s official launch, preparing you to represent both GMS and Jaguar Land Rover to the highest standards.
