Job Description
- Support the daily work of Business operation team for Power Tools division
- Contact with customers (by phone, mail)
- Providing product information for our colleagues and external customers
- Responsible for internal order processing
- Support the claim handling process
- Generate various reports from our systems like SAP and BI@PT
- Operational tasks in our sales systems (SAP, B2B)
- Active communication in the team and with stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Logistic)
Qualifications
- Active full-time student status
- Ongoing studies at University on BSC or MSC level in economic field
- Basic accounting/logistical/economical knowledge
- Proactivity, good communication skills
- English, Hungarian language knowledge, German is an advantage
- Undertaking a minimum of 12 month period
- Undertaking a minimum of 30 hours per week
