Job Description
* 5-7 years in PR, ideally in fashion, luxury, beauty or lifestyle
* A proven record leading campaigns, launches, events and influencer partnerships
* A strong media and influencer network in Egypt (GCC experience is a strong plus)
* Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English
* Sharp negotiation, presentation and crisis-management skills
* A clear grasp of paid vs organic usage, licensing, approvals and creator rights
* Comfort managing budgets, contracts, agencies and reporting
* A bachelor’s in PR, communications, marketing, media or a related field
You’ll work closely with Marketing, Social Media, Content, E-commerce, Retail and Customer Care, and make sure everything EMMA says publicly sounds like EMMA.
Qualifications
* The annual PR and communications strategy, built around brand and business goals
* PR campaigns for launches, collections, events, collaborations and announcements
* Relationships with fashion editors, journalists, stylists, influencers, celebrities and industry partners
* Earned media: press releases, pitches, interviews, press kits, and the quality and sentiment of every mention
* Influencer and celebrity relations end to end: outreach, negotiation, agreements, deliverables and usage rights
* Regional media and influencer databases
* PR agencies and suppliers, with clear briefs, timelines and budgets
* Event and fashion show PR: guest lists, press attendance, interviews and coverage
* Crisis communication plans and official responses
* The PR budget, monthly and post-campaign reporting, and proof that spend delivers brand value
