GE Vernova HRSG 생산기술 엔지니어 (기술직)

창원 HRSG 공장의 제조 엔지니어링 팀 소속으로, 엔지니어링 도면 검토 관리 업무를 담당하며 효율적인 생산을 지원합니다.

As the Manufacturing Hourly Engineer at the Changwon HRSG Factory, he/she will work for the Manufacturing Engineer team. He/She is responsible for supporting management of engineering drawing review.

Job Description

주요 업무 (Essential Responsibilities) 엔지니어로서 수행할 업무는 다음과 같습니다:

• 엔지니어링 문서(E-BOM/도면) 검토: 생산 준비를 위해 설계 문서를 사전 검토함.
• 도면 배포 관리: 생산팀이 항상 최신 승인 도면을 사용하여 작업할 수 있도록 도면 배포 프로세스를 관리함.
• 기술 가교 역할: 설계 부서와 생산 현장 사이의 기술적 소통 창구로서, 설계 문서의 적기 배포(OTD)를 관리하고 설계와 관련된 제조상 이슈를 해결함.
• 기술 사양 최적화: 복잡한 기술 사양을 생산 인력이 이해하기 쉬운 제작 도면 및 작업 지침서로 변환하여 전달함.
• 협력사 도면 관리: 협력사에 제공되는 제작 도면을 관리하여, 생산 요건과 품질 기준이 엄격히 준수되도록 감독함.
• 생산 현장 기술 지원: 설계 문제로 인해 발생하는 품질 이슈를 생산 현장에서 즉각적으로 지원함.
• 제작 절차서 개발: 계약 요건, 관련 코드(규정) 및 제작 표준에 부합하는 제조 절차서와 작업 표준서를 개발함.
• Lean 및 공정 개선 참여: 설계 팀과 협력하여 HRSG 제작 최적화를 위한 Lean 과제와 공정 개선 활동에 참여함.

자격 요건 (Required Qualifications)

• 전문대학 이상 공학 전공자
• 신입 또는 설계 경력 3년 이상
• 3D CAD 설계 및 검토 능숙자

우대 사항 (Desired Qualifications)

• 3D 모델링 역량 보유자

Essential Responsibilities

As an Engineer you will:

• Review engineering documents (E-BOM/Drawings) against pre-flight checklists to ensure shop floor readiness.
• Manage drawing distribution to ensure the production team always works with the latest, controlled versions.
• Act as a technical bridge between Engineering and the Production shop, ensuring OTD and resolving design-driven manufacturing issues.
• Translate complex technical specifications into clear fabrication drawings and instructions for production staff.
• Manage manufacturing drawings for sub-suppliers, ensuring strict adherence to production requirements and quality standards.
• Develop manufacturing procedures and work instructions aligned with contract requirements, codes, and fabrication standards.
• Provide rapid technical support on the shop floor to resolve quality issues driven by engineering
• Lead Lean initiatives and process improvements to optimize HRSG fabrication with engineering team.

Required Qualifications

• Engineering major from a technical college
• Proficient in 3D CAD design & review
• Entry level or over 3 years engineering experience

Desired Qualifications

• 3D Modeling skill
