• 寄居工場における工場インフラ設備の維持管理全般を担当
• 工場設備の安定稼働に向けた保守・改善活動の推進
• 設備投資計画の立案および実施
• 工場施設に関する各種プロジェクトの企画・推進
• 社内関連部門および外部ベンダーとの調整・管理 ・グローバルチームとの連携およびコミュニケーション

• 工場設備管理における多様化・高度化への対応
• DX推進を含む業務改善および効率化の推進 
• グローバルチームとの円滑なコミュニケーションの実現
• 施設管理業務の継続的な改善と最適化 
• 工場インフラの安定稼働および将来を見据えた設備投資の推進

資格

【応募資格】

　<必須の経験・スキル>

•     機械、電気、設備環境系等の工学系大学卒業
•     ゼネコンまたはMEP専門業者（サブコン）での5年以上のプロジェクト経験
• 　総合建設業、設備建設業、設計事務所経験
• 　一般設備設計または工事管理経験
•     日本語スキル：母国語レベルでコミュニケーションができること

　<あると望ましい経験・スキル>

• 建築設備士資格
• 建設系資格

　【英語使用頻度】

• 読み書き：業務の20%
• 会議での使用：業務の20%
