What’s the role?
You will be joining the facility maintenance trades team, with a focus on preventive and maintenance repairs across the mining camp. This position is well suited if you have a background in the domestic and commercial sectors. Our DUAL Trade – Electrician & Refrigeration Mechanics are team players, have a can-do attitude, are flexible and always remain focused on safety and service delivery.
- Experience in a maintenance position is ideal, within a mining camp village, school, hospital or similar, and also residential maintenance, as there will be variety in preventive and maintenance work for accommodation facilities.
- Experience with commercial chillers / reefers
Qualifications and Experience:
- QLD Electrician’s License (Unrestricted)
- HVAC licence – QBCC
- LVR Certification
- CPR Certification
- First Aid Certification
- QLD Manual Drivers License
- Working at heights (within 2 years)
- High Risk License (EWP)
- Construction Industry White Card
- Australian Citizenship or full Australian working rights
- Ability to undergo a pre-employment medical, and backgrounds checks.
