本ポジションでは、日本市場におけるヘグランドブランド（油圧駆動システム）のサービス技術者として、製品のアフターサービス業務を中心にご担当いただきます。

【担当業務】
・油圧・電気油圧システムの保守・修理・試運転(自社サービスセンターおよび客先にて)
・故障・不具合分析・是正対応、システムを最適化
・見積作成および提案書作成
・アフターサービスに付帯した新規受注
資格
【必須】
・油圧製品に関する基礎知識・実務経験
・サービス業務の実務経験
・国内顧客向けフィールドサービス出張が可能なこと
・TOEIC 500点以上（最低ライン：400点）
* 400点未満の場合でも自主的に英語学習を行う意欲があれば可
・高いコミュニケーション能力、顧客志向・前向きな姿勢
・普通自動車免許
【歓迎】
・メカトロニクス技術者、または機械・電気エンジニアとしてのとしてのバックグラウンドを有する方
・自律性があり、自ら考えて行動できるマインドセットを有する方
・PC操作に慣れており、電子サービスレポートの作成経験があること
