企業概要当グループは1853年にフランスで市民に安全な飲水を供給することを目的として設立されました。 以来170年以上にわたり、産業や都市の発展に伴い発生した新たな社会的な課題に取り組み、下水処理、産業向け水処理、廃棄物処理、エネルギー管理業務などを担っております。 日本においては、2002年に会社を設立し、グループの各社が全国各地で、それぞれの地域や業務分野で培ってきたノウハウと地域社会からの信頼を礎にサービスを提供しています。グローバルの知見・技術と融合し、日本市場においてもトータルサービスプロバイダーとしての強さを発揮しています。求人内容【業務内容】※いずれかの業務に従事いただきます◯検針業務：検針専門員への指導・教育を行うとともに、検針結果を審査します。異常値等が確認された場合は、お客様宅へ訪問して調査を実施し、正確な水量に基づいて料金計算を行います。◯収納業務：検針業務で確定した料金を速やかに請求します。収納状況を管理し、納付忘れ等のお客様には納付のお声掛けを行います。また、期日までの納付が困難な場合には、支払い計画等のご相談に応じます。◯受付・窓口業務：水道の使用開始、中止や各種事務手続きの受付を行い、検針や料金支払いに関するお問い合わせに対応します。◯開閉栓・中止精算業務：転入居の際に現地で開閉栓作業を実施し、検針により水道の使用者と使用場所を特定します。これにより、料金の起算点・満了点を確定させます。資格正社員の場合には、運転免許証その他の情報各業務を通じて料金徴収業務における実務スキルを習得します。複数の事務所での経験を重ね、実務のエキスパートとしての能力を身につけていただきます。その後、スタッフの労務管理や教育、事務所の運営管理など、マネージャーとしての役割を担っていただきます。さらに、複数の自治体で業務経験を積んだ後、複数の営業所を統括するエリアマネージャーとしてご活躍いただくことができます。As an inclusive company, Veolia is committed to diversity and gives equal consideration to all applications, without discrimination.Source: Veolia Environnement SA — Japan careers
