As a Florist at the award-winning Conrad Dubai, you’ll lead daily floral operations and create exquisite arrangements that bring elegance to our guest rooms, public spaces, and special occasions. Working closely with hotel teams, you’ll ensure every display reflects thoughtful craftsmanship, exceptional freshness, and care for each guest’s preferences, while managing resources responsibly. You’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day as a Florist at Conrad Dubai:

• Lead daily floral operations: Prioritise requests and coordinate preparation and delivery, ensuring every arrangement is ready on time and presented with care.
• Create exquisite floral designs: Craft and quality-check bouquets, centrepieces, and decorative displays that complement the hotel’s elegant spaces.
• Personalise special moments: Prepare thoughtful floral arrangements for VIP arrivals, guest suites, weddings, events, and celebrations, reflecting individual preferences and occasion themes.
• Guide and develop the team: Allocate tasks, coach Florist Assistants, and reinforce careful handling, creative craftsmanship, and consistent presentation standards.
• Preserve freshness and beauty: Oversee receiving, conditioning, trimming, hydration, storage, and stock rotation to maintain flower and plant quality while minimising wastage.
• Manage stock responsibly: Monitor flowers, plants, vases, accessories, and supplies, maintaining accurate inventory and coordinating timely replenishment within agreed budgets.
• Maintain immaculate displays: Inspect arrangements and decorative plants throughout the hotel, refreshing or replacing them promptly to keep every display at its best.
• Coordinate every detail: Partner with Housekeeping, Events, Food & Beverage, Front Office, and Engineering to fulfil floral requirements and arrange installations with minimal disruption to guests.
• Keep the workshop service-ready: Maintain clean, organised workshops, chillers, storage areas, tools, and equipment in line with hotel hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Inspire fresh ideas: Support the Florist Manager and Housekeeping Management in refining floral concepts, improving daily practices, and reducing costs and waste without compromising quality.
