About this opportunity

Company Description

Egis is a leading global organisation in architecture, consulting, construction engineering, operations and mobility services. We partner with clients to design, deliver and operate smarter infrastructure and places that respond to the world’s evolving needs.

With more than 22,000 employees worldwide, we combine global capability with strong local insight. Our multidisciplinary expertise enables us to deliver innovative, practical and sustainable solutions that help build more balanced, resilient communities.

At Egis, you’ll be part of a business shaping the future of cities, transport, energy and the built environment, creating lasting impact where it matters most.

Job Description

Reporting to the Project & Change Manager, you’ll contribute to two key initiatives: the migration of acquired entities into Oracle, and the ongoing alignment of project financial management practices across APAC. Working alongside the project team and directly with end users, you’ll focus on change impact assessment, training program development and the communications that bring people along on the journey. This is a great opportunity for an early-career change professional to build deep experience on a major, region-wide transformation.

You will be responsible for

  • Supporting the design and delivery of change, communications and training initiatives across the EARTH Program
  • Analysing stakeholder impacts, readiness and adoption risks
  • Building clear, high-quality deliverables to support change management activities, particularly training and communication materials
  • Managing the EARTH Training Program, including training needs analysis, re-purposing and improvement of training materials, and rollout of the program
  • Managing the EARTH Communications & Engagement Program, including the planning, development and execution of communication and engagement activities
  • Contributing to the evaluation of change management requirements and the ongoing development of change management plans
  • Providing progress updates and change management reporting to track progress and assess user readiness
  • Developing and maintaining the EARTH Portal, knowledge base and other knowledge management platforms to serve EARTH users
  • Supporting the key user community throughout the program

Qualifications

Ideally, you will have 1–3 years’ experience in project and/or transformation environments, with a genuine interest in helping people adopt new ways of working. In addition, you will also have:

  • Proficiency in the development and rollout of communication and engagement initiatives
  • Proficiency in training needs analysis, the development of training materials and the administration of training programs
  • PROSCI or other change-related certification; Oracle, other ERP or project management qualifications would be highly desirable
  • Strong skills in SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of AI applications in change management would be a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • An organised and detail-oriented approach with strong coordination capabilities
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively across functions and cultures
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines, with a proactive and adaptable mindset
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills
  • A willingness to work across time zones
