We are looking for an enthusiastic Driver to join our team at Elsham. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for driving and a keen interest in learning more about the construction materials industry. With a focus on delivering our products throughout Lincolnshire, South Yorkshire and North Nottinghamshire, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for efficiency, safety, and quality. Full training on our products and processes will be provided, ensuring you’re well-prepared to meet our high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving safely and efficiently.
  • Liaise and build positive relationships with the internal Distribution Team and internal/external customers.
  • Ensure all deliveries comply with legal requirements, prioritising the health, safety, and environmental standards of Breedon.
  • Work closely with the area Transport Manager to optimise delivery schedules and routes.
  • Contribute to the team by maintaining a flexible approach to working hours, including occasional nights and weekends.
