Operations Manager
We are hiring an Operations Manager for a reputable Hotel in the North Area.
Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate and oversee hotel’s operations
– Monitoring staff performance and identify learning needs
– Promote a culture of excellence in guest care.
– Forecast hotel business on weekly basis and plan accordingly
– Carry out regular inspections of all departments
Qualifications
Key Qualifications:
– Minimum 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry
– Age between 30 – 55 years old
– Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business or similar
