About this opportunity
Job Description Summary
The Lead Contract Performance Manager demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. In this role, you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise & be involved in long-term planning. You will also be responsible for the profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts and customer obligations.
Job Description
What will you do :
- Own full profit and loss (P&L) performance for your contract portfolio — orders, sales, margin, and cash — while acting as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
- Lead contract administration and fulfillment, including negotiations, interpretation of terms and conditions (T&Cs), payment terms, division of responsibilities, and liquidated damages (LD) and bonus structures.
- Plan and coordinate outage execution: developing scope, partnering with FieldCore on scheduling, managing parts and repair planning, and leading pre-outage, post-outage, and milestone review meetings, including lean outage workouts for major projects.
- Guide resolution of emergent and forced outages — submitting Service Now (SN) cases, sharing technical documentation such as Technical Information Letters (TIL) and Service Bulletins (SB) with customers, and managing warranty considerations and commercial concessions.
- Maintain accurate records across EventVision, the Field Service Portal (FSP), and Oracle Field Services (OFS), including customer invoicing and credit note processing.
- Partner with customer operations and maintenance (O&M) teams to improve plant reliability, availability, and efficiency, and respond to customers' technical questions.
- Champion quality and environment, health and safety (EHS) standards at every customer site you support.
What will you bring:
- A bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
- 3 years of experience in services and operations, customer-facing project management, or complex matrixed leadership.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, with strong oral and written communication skills across all levels of a customer's and GE Vernova's organization.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed based on business requirements.
What will make you stand out:
- Previous experience in power generation services is a plus.
- Experience in the power services industry, including planning and executing outages.
- Working knowledge of Contractual Service Agreements (CSA) and related commercial processes.
- Experience partnering directly with customer leadership teams, with strong financial, commercial, and interpersonal skills.
