Job Description

Your role

As deputy to the Head of Group Compensation & Benefits, you are their operational right hand. You keep our Annual Review Process on track and turn HR and financial data into clear insight. You will:

  • Stand in for the Head of Group C&B on day-to-day matters and follow up on team priorities.
  • Coordinate the annual review documentation bundles with our GSC HR Controllers team.
  • Review compensation summaries and target forms, spot outliers and get them fixed quickly.
  • Give leadership a daily status update during the review cycle.
  • Build and improve Power BI dashboards, KPIs and management reports.
  • Prepare analyses for top management and the Remuneration Committee.
  • Make processes simpler and faster, using automation and AI tools where they help.
  • Contribute to Group C&B projects and policy updates.

Qualifications

What you bring

  • A Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Engineering, HR or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years in an analytical role: C&B or reward analyst, HR or financial controlling, business analysis or consulting.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills. Power Query, SQL, Python or Copilot is a plus.
  • Curiosity about AI and how it can improve reporting.
  • Good organisation and reliability with deadlines.
  • Discretion with confidential data.
  • Fluent English. Any other language is a plus.

No prior C&B experience? If your analytical skills are strong, we still want to hear from you.

What’s in it for you?

  • A visible role at the heart of a fast-growing, international group.
  • Real ownership of data, dashboards and process improvements.
  • An international office near parks and green spaces, with colleagues from over 35 nationalities.
  • An attractive package with extra-legal benefits: covered transportation costs, organic meals, sports activities and annual office events.
