Position Overview:
The Senior MEP Manager will be responsible for directing all MEP activities throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and coordination to execution and final delivery. The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams to ensure successful project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) operations on assigned projects.
Coordinate effectively with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
Monitor construction progress to ensure work is completed on schedule, within budget, and in line with quality standards.
Ensure full compliance with Saudi regulations, engineering codes, and workplace safety requirements.
Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction documents.
Resolve technical challenges and provide practical engineering solutions throughout project execution.
Supervise MEP engineers and site teams while maintaining productivity and project milestones.
Prepare project progress reports and maintain accurate technical documentation.
Candidate Requirements:
Applicants should meet the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Demonstrated experience managing MEP works on major construction or infrastructure projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
In-depth understanding of MEP systems, construction methodologies, and quality assurance practices.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate project activities efficiently.
Relevant professional certifications will be considered an added advantage.
