Position Overview:
The company is hiring across several departments, including plant management, engineering, maintenance, operations, instrumentation, and technical services. Selected candidates will play an important role in ensuring reliable plant performance, maintaining operational efficiency, and supporting safe day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support plant operations to ensure efficient daily performance.
Monitor production activities and maintain operational continuity.
Carry out preventive, routine, and corrective maintenance on plant equipment.
Inspect, install, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
Operate and supervise control room systems while responding to operational requirements.
Maintain and troubleshoot instrumentation and control equipment.
Work closely with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to improve productivity.
Prepare and maintain accurate maintenance, inspection, and operational records.
Follow company safety policies and comply with applicable industry regulations.
Manage inventory, materials, and warehouse activities where required.
Candidate Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or technical discipline.
Previous experience in engineering, maintenance, plant operations, or related industrial fields is preferred.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
Capability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Junior technician roles are open to candidates with appropriate technical education.
Familiarity with occupational health, safety, and industrial standards will be considered an advantage.
