Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Support documentation handling and maintain business records.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials for business activities.
- Conduct market and industry research by monitoring industry trends and business news.
- Support business development activities and customer communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Assist in quotation preparation and related documentation.
- Support digitalization and administrative activities within the Business Mobility team.
Project Involvement:
- Automotive and industry research.
- Business development activities.
- Digitalization and process improvement projects.
- Cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- An analytical mindset with a strong interest in data.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
- Proactive and willing to learn.
- Strong communication skills.
- Preferably 4-6 months of internship duration (please indicate your official internship period in the resume).
