Responsibilities:
Lead and manage IT operations in hospital environments
Handle HIS (Hospital Information Systems) and EMR (Electronic Medical Records)
Ensure strong IT infrastructure and cybersecurity
Maintain system performance, uptime, and reliability
Manage servers, networks, and IT assets
Support digital transformation and innovation initiatives
Coordinate with hospital staff for system improvements

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science or related field
Minimum 5+ years of IT management experience
Healthcare/hospital experience (mandatory)
Strong expertise in HIS/EMR systems
Knowledge of infrastructure & cybersecurity
Strong leadership and communication skills
