🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
The Civil Site Engineer will be responsible for managing all on-site civil construction activities, including but not limited to:
– Complete supervision of daily construction activities at site
– Execution and monitoring of structural works (excavation, foundations, RCC works, columns, slabs, beams, retaining structures)
– Supervision of architectural and finishing works as per approved drawings and specifications
– Ensuring all works are executed according to engineering standards, project requirements, and quality control procedures
– Coordination with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project management teams
– Monitoring daily progress and ensuring project timelines are strictly followed
– Preparation of daily site reports, inspection reports, and progress documentation
– Managing manpower, site resources, equipment, and materials efficiently
– Identifying technical issues and providing practical solutions at site level
– Ensuring strict implementation of safety regulations and site HSE standards
– Attending site meetings and coordinating with senior engineers and project managers
– Ensuring proper execution of work according to BOQ, drawings, and specifications
– Supporting smooth workflow across all phases of construction activities
