Overview:
The HR Operations Manager will be responsible for handling daily HR functions, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, compliance with UAE labor regulations, and HR reporting. The role also involves improving HR systems, supporting employee engagement activities, and ensuring smooth internal operations across departments.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily HR operations
Ensure company compliance with UAE labor laws and HR policies
Handle onboarding, employee records, and exit procedures
Maintain HR documentation and ERP reports
Process payroll activities and employee-related records
Lead employee engagement and workplace improvement programs
Improve HR operational procedures and workflows
Coordinate HR support for different departments
Assist management in workforce planning and HR administration

Requirements:
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5 years of HR experience
GCC experience will be preferred
Strong knowledge of HR operations and UAE labor law
Good communication and organizational skills
Experience in payroll processing and HR reporting systems
Professional leadership and problem-solving skills
