Key Responsibilities:
🖥️ IT Operations
– Manage daily IT operations and system performance
– Monitor servers, networks, and infrastructure
– Ensure smooth IT service delivery
Network & Infrastructure:
– Maintain LAN/WAN systems and connectivity
– Troubleshoot network issues
– Manage firewall and data security systems
– Ensure backups and recovery systems are working
Team Supervision:
– Supervise IT support staff and technicians
– Assign tasks and monitor performance
– Provide technical guidance and training
Security & Maintenance:
– Implement IT security policies
– Prevent cyber threats and data breaches
– Ensure system updates and regular maintenance
Reporting & Coordination:
– Prepare IT reports and documentation
– Coordinate with departments for IT needs
– Suggest system improvements

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
– 7–10 years of IT experience
