Description:
The Telecom Integration Engineer will be responsible for integrating and commissioning telecom equipment at field sites across the UAE. The role requires practical experience with mobile network infrastructure, troubleshooting, and coordination with project teams and operations centers.

Responsibilities:
Your duties may include:
Integration and commissioning of Huawei, Ericsson, and Nokia equipment
Installation and activation of BTS and transmission systems
Software loading and configuration of network elements
Alarm verification and fault troubleshooting
Testing and acceptance of newly installed sites
Support for 2G, 3G, 4G LTE, and 5G rollouts
Verification of RF and microwave connectivity
Preparing technical reports and documentation
Coordinating with NOC, transmission, and project teams
Ensuring adherence to HSE and quality procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications
Candidates should have:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Proven telecom integration and commissioning experience
Multi-vendor expertise in Huawei, Ericsson, or Nokia
Strong technical knowledge of:
RF Engineering
Microwave (MW) Transmission
BTS and Base Station Systems
Fiber Optic Connectivity
Transmission and Backhaul Networks
Experience with 2G, 3G, 4G LTE, and 5G technologies
