Job Description
Owns brand vision, creative direction, and content strategy across every collection, campaign, launch and channel, from the big idea to the script to the content plan to the performance report, and approves everything before posting. Reports to the Marketing Manager, who sets overall brand positioning, messaging, identity and marketing goals; this role owns how that gets expressed.
Qualifications
– Brainstorm with the Fashion Designer, a season ahead on upcoming collections, to be part of the design narrative early and plan launch-drop direction around it.
– Develop the creative direction for editorials and build a Pitch Deck for each launch drop, campaign and offer.
– Design the long-term content plan and come up original campaign and content ideas for social media around content pillars and match platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) to specific business goals.
– Write scripts for mini-series, reels, and carousels , thinking in scenes, beats and pacing, the way a screenwriter approaches a short film.
– Review visual treatments, scripts and shoots to make sure everything matches brand tone before it ships.
– Own social reporting and performance analytics
