Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Catering & Event Manager to join us. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to lead our sales initiatives in the competitive outdoor catering and events market. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and managing a high-performing sales team while delivering innovative event solutions tailored to our clients’ needs.

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the outdoor catering and events sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and key decision-makers to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction
• Lead, mentor, and manage the event team, providing guidance on sales techniques, client engagement, and performance optimization
• Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and contracts for outdoor catering and events services, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements
• Conduct site visits and consultations with prospective clients to understand their event needs and present customized catering and event solutions
• Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to identify growth potential and inform strategic decisions
• Manage sales pipelines and forecasts, utilizing CRM systems to track leads, conversions, and client interactions
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements with clients while maintaining profitability and company standards
• Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for management review and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in outdoor catering, events management, or related hospitality industry
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
