🔹 TARGET POSITIONS & DETAILED REQUIREMENTS:

1️⃣ PERMIT ISSUER (Electrical Background – SABIC Approved)
📌 Mandatory Criteria:
• Electrical Engineer / Technician background
• Valid SABIC approval (required)
• Strong knowledge of Permit to Work (PTW) system
• Experience in permit issuing, monitoring, and closing procedures
• Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety system
• Familiar with industrial safety standards and site coordination
📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Issue and control work permits according to site requirements
• Ensure all safety precautions are implemented before work execution
• Coordinate with HSE, supervisors, and operations teams
• Maintain proper documentation and permit records
• Stop unsafe work activities when necessary

2️⃣ SAFETY OFFICER (SABIC EPM APPROVED)
📌 Mandatory Criteria:
• SABIC EPM approval (compulsory)
• Minimum 5–6 years of HSE experience in industrial or oil & gas projects
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, hazard identification, and JSA
• Experience conducting toolbox talks and safety training sessions
• Ability to perform audits, inspections, and incident investigations
• Knowledge of emergency response and evacuation procedures
📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor daily site safety compliance
• Conduct regular inspections and enforce PPE usage
• Identify hazards and implement corrective actions
• Lead safety awareness and training programs
• Maintain HSE documentation and submit reports

3️⃣ FOOD VAN DRIVER
📌 Mandatory Criteria:
• Minimum 4–5 years of professional driving experience
• Valid driving license (KSA preferred)
• Familiar with industrial routes and site logistics
• Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Basic communication and coordination skills
📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver food supplies to site locations on schedule
• Maintain vehicle safety, cleanliness, and performance
• Follow assigned routes and delivery plans
• Ensure proper handling and timely distribution
• Maintain delivery logs if required
