Job Summary:
As a Project Manager – CCTV, you will take ownership of the complete project lifecycle, ensuring CCTV and security system installations are completed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. You will work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to coordinate every phase of project execution while meeting technical specifications and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and supervise CCTV and electronic security system projects from start to finish.
Lead site teams and coordinate daily operational activities to maintain project momentum.
Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource utilization.
Build strong communication with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors throughout the project.
Ensure all installations comply with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and performance updates.
Identify project risks, resolve technical or operational challenges, and implement effective corrective actions.
Deliver projects on time while achieving client expectations and contractual requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience managing CCTV, surveillance, or electronic security system projects.
Strong leadership, communication, planning, and organizational abilities.
Solid understanding of CCTV technologies, security infrastructure, and project delivery processes.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with project management software and documentation practices is an added advantage.
