Job Summary:
As a Project Director, you will oversee every stage of assigned construction projects, from initial planning through final completion. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with contractual, safety, and quality requirements. Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments, you will provide strategic leadership while driving operational excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct and oversee large-scale construction projects from planning to handover.
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when required.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to achieve project objectives.
Control project budgets, costs, and overall financial performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Identify project risks, resolve operational issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Prepare detailed progress reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Proven experience as a Project Director or in a senior-level construction project management position.
Strong leadership, decision-making, communication, and organizational skills.
In-depth knowledge of construction project management principles and best practices.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, contractors, and project teams effectively.
Relevant professional certifications will be considered an added advantage.
