Job Summary:
The Network Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of the company’s network infrastructure. The role ensures secure, stable, and high-performance connectivity for all business operations and smart parking systems.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in enterprise networking, troubleshooting complex systems, and ensuring network security in a fast-paced IT environment.

Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure
Monitor network performance and ensure system availability
Troubleshoot and resolve LAN, WAN, routers, switches, and firewall issues
Manage VPNs, VLANs, and secure communication channels
Implement and maintain network security policies and procedures
Support IT systems used in smart parking operations
Coordinate with technical teams for upgrades and system improvements
Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations
Ensure data protection and cybersecurity compliance

Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Network Engineering or IT Infrastructure
Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and security
Experience with enterprise-level network environments
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Strong understanding of firewalls, routers, and switching technologies
Good communication and teamwork skills
Saudi candidates will be preferred

Preferred Skills (Advantage):
CCNA / CCNP certification or equivalent
Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, or Palo Alto systems
Knowledge of cloud networking (AWS / Azure basics)
Experience in smart systems or parking management industry
ITIL or similar IT service management knowledge
