An exciting opportunity is available for experienced Construction Managers to join large-scale electrical transmission and power infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong background in high-voltage substations, underground power cable systems, and EPC project execution who are ready to lead complex construction activities from start to finish.
Position Summary:
As a Construction Manager, you will take full responsibility for planning, coordinating, and delivering substation and underground cabling projects. The role requires effective leadership of site teams, close collaboration with engineers and contractors, and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and timely project completion while maintaining budget targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the construction and execution of high-voltage substation projects.
Oversee underground power cable installation, laying, jointing, and termination activities.
Manage daily site operations to ensure work progresses according to project plans.
Ensure full compliance with QA/QC requirements and HSE standards.
Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
Monitor project schedules, workforce deployment, equipment, and material resources.
Identify construction challenges early and implement practical solutions to minimize delays.
Maintain high standards of workmanship, productivity, and workplace safety throughout the project lifecycle.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (BE/B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
10 to 15 years of construction management experience in power infrastructure projects.
Hands-on experience with 380 kV and above substation construction projects.
Strong technical knowledge of underground power cable installation and termination.
Proven expertise in site execution, project coordination, and construction planning.
Good understanding of QA/QC processes and HSE regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
