Responsibilities:

AC Installation & Maintenance:
▪ Installation of split, ducted, and central AC systems in villas and residential properties
▪ Maintenance and servicing of HVAC systems according to company standards
▪ Ensuring proper cooling efficiency and system performance

Chilled Water Systems:
▪ Operation and maintenance of chilled water air conditioning systems
▪ Troubleshooting and repair of chilled water pumps, FCU, AHU systems
▪ Monitoring system pressure, temperature, and performance

Fault Diagnosis & Repair:
▪ Identify technical faults in AC and HVAC systems
▪ Repair cooling issues, leakage, compressor problems, and electrical faults
▪ Ensure quick and effective troubleshooting

Preventive Maintenance:
▪ Conduct regular system inspections and maintenance checks
▪ Maintain service logs and reports
▪ Ensure systems operate safely and efficiently

🔹 Professional Duties:
▪ Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
▪ Maintain clean and professional work standards
▪ Coordinate with team members for project completion

Requirements:
▪ Proven experience as an AC / HVAC Technician
▪ Strong hands-on experience in Villas AC Systems
▪ Strong knowledge of Chilled Water HVAC Systems
▪ UAE experience is mandatory (strict requirement)
▪ Preferred nationality: Filipino applicants
▪ Ability to work independently and under supervision
▪ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
▪ Professional behavior and discipline at work
▪ Immediate availability is highly preferred
