⚡ Key Responsibilities:

✔ Perform preventive and routine maintenance of electrical and HVAC systems
✔ Troubleshoot and repair AC units, panels, breakers, and power systems
✔ Maintain HVAC systems including Split, Duct, Package, and VRF/VRV
✔ Monitor electrical loads and ensure safety compliance
✔ Handle refrigerant charging, compressors, fans, and thermostats
✔ Respond to emergency breakdowns and technical issues
✔ Read and understand electrical drawings and layouts
✔ Maintain daily maintenance reports and documentation
✔ Work on low voltage and low current systems (CCTV, Fire Alarm)
✔ Follow safety standards and work efficiently under pressure

📌 Requirements:

🔹 Minimum 7 years experience in relevant field
🔹 Experience in hospitals, schools, or large facilities preferred
🔹 Strong knowledge of HVAC & electrical systems
🔹 Physically fit and disciplined
🔹 Saudi Driving License (Preferred)
🔹 Must be currently in Saudi Arabia
🔹 Ready for shift duty and immediate joining
