📌 JOB SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES:

✔ Overall planning, execution, and supervision of construction activities on site
✔ Ensure project work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements
✔ Manage site teams, subcontractors, and workforce effectively
✔ Coordinate with consultants, clients, and project management teams
✔ Monitor daily progress and ensure project milestones are achieved on time
✔ Prepare and submit progress reports, technical reports, and site documentation
✔ Ensure strict compliance with HSE policies, safety rules, and site regulations
✔ Conduct quality control checks for materials and workmanship
✔ Manage site resources including manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently
✔ Identify technical issues and provide effective engineering solutions
✔ Ensure proper communication and coordination between all stakeholders
✔ Maintain project records, measurements, and site documentation

📍 REQUIREMENTS:

– UAE experience is mandatory for all positions
– Relevant educational qualification in Engineering / Construction / HSE / Quantity Surveying
– Strong knowledge of construction site operations and project execution
– Proven experience in similar job roles within construction industry
– Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
– Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
– Strong focus on safety, quality, and project deadlines
– Immediate availability will be preferred
