π― JOB OVERVIEW
The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the entire call center operations, managing teams, optimizing systems, and ensuring smooth customer service delivery across all channels.
You will play a key role in improving service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
π§© KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
π Operational Management
β’ Lead and supervise call center agents and team leaders
β’ Manage shift schedules and workforce allocation
β’ Monitor KPIs and ensure performance targets are achieved
β’ Ensure smooth daily operations and service quality
π» Technical Management
β’ Manage call center systems including CRM platforms
β’ Oversee cloud telephony systems and IVR solutions
β’ Ensure system uptime, updates, and troubleshooting
β’ Coordinate with IT teams for technical improvements
π Performance Analysis & Optimization
β’ Analyze call data and generate performance reports
β’ Identify operational gaps and improvement opportunities
β’ Develop strategies to reduce waiting time and call drop rates
β’ Improve overall team productivity and efficiency
π Training & Development
β’ Conduct regular performance evaluations
β’ Provide coaching and training to call center agents
β’ Develop skill enhancement programs
β’ Maintain high service standards across the team
π REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
βοΈ Proven experience as Call Center Manager or similar role
βοΈ Strong knowledge of call center operations and systems
βοΈ Hands-on experience with CRM, IVR, and telephony platforms
βοΈ Strong leadership and team management skills
βοΈ Ability to handle pressure and solve operational challenges
βοΈ Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic
