Trench Cutter Operator – BAUER MC 96 | Dubai, UAE

Job Overview:

A construction company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Trench Cutter Operator with hands-on knowledge of BAUER MC 96 equipment. The position is intended for operators who have practical experience working with heavy machinery in excavation, deep foundation, or related construction projects.

The successful candidate will be expected to operate the trench cutter safely, follow project and site requirements, and work closely with engineers, supervisors, and other members of the construction team.

Key Responsibilities:

– Operate the BAUER MC 96 Trench Cutter efficiently and safely on construction sites.
– Perform trench cutting and excavation work in line with project specifications.
– Complete routine operational checks before starting and during machine operation.
– Monitor equipment performance and immediately report faults or unusual operating conditions.
– Follow approved safety procedures, site rules, and instructions from supervisors.
– Maintain awareness of personnel, machinery, and other hazards around the operating area.
– Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and ground teams to support smooth construction activities.
– Follow proper operating, parking, shutdown, and daily equipment procedures.
– Help maintain a safe and organized working environment around heavy machinery.

Candidate Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Trench Cutter Operator.
– Previous experience operating BAUER MC 96 is strongly preferred.
– Practical knowledge of heavy equipment operation and construction-site safety.
– Experience in deep excavation, diaphragm wall, foundation, or similar projects will be an advantage.
– Ability to understand and follow technical instructions and site procedures.
– Good awareness of equipment safety and operational practices.
– Physically fit and capable of working in a demanding construction environment.
