Job Summary:
As a Delivery Rider, you will be responsible for collecting customer orders from partner restaurants and delivering them safely and on time. Success in this role requires punctuality, safe driving practices, excellent customer service, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
The company supports its riders with accommodation, fuel, and an internet package, reducing daily work-related expenses and making it easier to perform deliveries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick up and deliver customer orders accurately and within the expected time.
Plan efficient delivery routes to improve speed and productivity.
Provide courteous and professional service to customers during every delivery.
Handle food and packages carefully to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
Comply with company procedures and all Saudi traffic regulations.
Keep your delivery vehicle and work equipment clean and well maintained.
Candidate Requirements:
Valid or transferable Iqama (Kafala transfer available).
Ability to work in a busy delivery environment.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Familiarity with Jeddah’s roads and neighborhoods is an advantage.
Reliable, responsible, and committed to meeting delivery schedules.
Candidates available for immediate joining will be given preference.
Salary and Benefits:
Monthly Salary: SAR 3,000 – 6,000+ (depending on performance and deliveries)
