HungerStation Food Delivery is hiring experienced drivers to support its growing delivery operations in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who hold a valid Saudi driving licence and are eligible for a Kafala transfer. Drivers receive a company vehicle along with fuel, medical insurance, and Iqama support, allowing them to focus on delivering excellent service while earning performance-based income.

Job Overview:

The company is looking for reliable and motivated drivers who can deliver customer orders efficiently while meeting daily and monthly performance goals. Candidates must have a valid Saudi Light Transport or Heavy Transport driving licence and an Iqama with at least three months of remaining validity.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver food orders accurately and within the expected delivery time.

Follow assigned routes and use navigation tools to maximize efficiency.

Achieve daily and monthly delivery targets.

Provide courteous and professional customer service.

Drive safely and comply with Saudi traffic regulations.

Keep the company vehicle clean and handle it responsibly.

Candidate Requirements:

Valid Saudi Light Transport or Heavy Transport driving licence.

Iqama valid for at least three months.

Eligible and ready for Kafala transfer.

Familiarity with Dammam roads and navigation applications.

Ability to work in a fast-paced delivery environment.

Punctual, responsible, and customer-oriented.

Salary and Benefits:

Drivers who meet the required performance targets can enjoy the following package:

Salary: SAR 2,400 upon achieving the monthly target.

Performance Bonus: SAR 200 after completing the target.

Monthly Target: SAR 8,580.

Daily Target: SAR 300.

Payment Per Order: SAR 8–10.

Distance Allowance: SAR 1.15 per kilometer.
